Compliance with other law.\n Every recipient of funds to be made available pursuant to this article\nshall comply with all applicable state, federal and local laws.\n * NB Takes effect only if section 1 of part TT of chapter 59 of the\nlaws of 2021 enacting the environmental bond act of 2022 "restore mother\nnature" is submitted to the people at the general election to be held in\nNovember 2022 and is approved by the majority of votes\n
