Compliance with other law.\n Every recipient of funds to be made available pursuant to this article\nshall comply with all applicable state, federal and local laws.\n * NB Takes effect only if section 1 of part TT of chapter 59 of the\nlaws of 2021 enacting the "clean water, clean air, and green jobs\nenvironmental bond act of 2022" is submitted to the people at the\ngeneral election to be held in November 2022 and is approved by the\nmajority of votes\n
