N.Y. Exec. Law § 29-k

* § 29-k. Quarterly claim reports. 1. The office of the governor, in\ncooperation with the commissioner of homeland security and emergency\nservices, and the executive director of the governor's office of storm\nrecovery, shall produce a quarterly report, which shall detail the\nclaims, and status of all such claims, for disaster assistance, and\nwhich are presently pending before, or being assisted by, the governor's\noffice of storm recovery and/or the New York rising community\nreconstruction plans program. The report shall further detail all the\nactivities during the previous months of the governor's office of storm\nrecovery and the New York rising community reconstruction plans program.\nThe first report required under this subdivision shall be delivered by\nDecember first, two thousand fifteen, with new, updated reports being\ndelivered on each first day of every third month thereafter. The report\nshall be provided to the temporary president of the senate, and the\nspeaker of the assembly.\n 2. After the delivery of each report required by subdivision one of\nthis section, and after its delivery to the persons identified to\nreceive such report, the governor, the commissioner of homeland security\nand emergency services, and the executive director of the governor's\noffice of storm recovery, as well as the offices and divisions under\ntheir direction, shall provide to such persons entitled to receive the\nreports required by subdivision one of this section, any and all\nadditional reasonably available information such persons may request,\nwith respect to any issue concerning the claims, the status of all\nclaims detailed in such report pending before, or being assisted by, the\ngovernor's office of storm recovery and the New York rising community\nreconstruction plans program, or concerning the activities of the\ngovernor's office of storm recovery and/or the New York rising community\nreconstruction plans program.\n * NB Repealed December 2, 2019\n
