* § 29-k. Quarterly claim reports. The governor's office of storm\nrecovery, shall produce a quarterly report, which shall provide the\nnumber of all active single family housing applicants by county that\nhave received partial or full payments; the number of all eligible,\nactive single family housing applicants by county who have not yet\nreceived any payments; the number of active single family housing\napplicants by county who have not received payment and are pending an\neligibility review; the number of all active single family housing\napplicants by county whose application status has not been closed out;\nthe number of all single family housing applicants by county that have\nbeen closed out; the number of all single family housing applicants by\ncounty that have not received payment because they have been determined\nto have no unmet need or have been determined ineligible to receive\nassistance; the number of all active small business applicants by county\nthat have received partial or full payments; the number of all eligible,\nactive small business applicants by county who have not yet received any\npayments; the number of active small business applicants by county who\nhave not received payment and are pending an eligibility review; the\nnumber of all active small business applicants by county whose\napplication status has not been closed out; the number of all small\nbusiness applicants by county that have been closed out; the number of\nall small business applicants by county that have not received payment\nbecause they have been determined to have no unmet need or have been\ndetermined ineligible to receive assistance; the total number of\nsubrecipient agreements by county for the New York rising community\nreconstruction program, and the status of all community reconstruction\nprojects by county that are in the design or construction phases. The\nreport shall provide the same information cumulatively for the previous\nreporting periods. The first report required under this subdivision\nshall be delivered by February fifteenth, two thousand sixteen, with\nnew, updated reports being delivered on each first day of every third\nmonth thereafter. The report shall be provided to the temporary\npresident of the senate, and the speaker of the assembly and shall be\nposted on the governor's office of storm recovery's public website.\n * NB Repealed December 2, 2019\n
§ 29-k. Northern emergency management assistance compact.\nNotwithstanding any other law, the state, through the governor, may\nenter the northern emergency management assistance compact (P.L.\n112-282, ratified by Congress on January fourteenth, two thousand\nthirteen). Such compact shall be deemed ratified by the legislature upon\nthe governor's certification to the temporary president of the senate,\nthe speaker of the assembly, and the secretary of state, that New York\nhas entered into the compact.\n
