§ 540. Informational pamphlet about food stamp program. The\ncommissioner shall establish procedures whereby each person who files a\nclaim for unemployment insurance pursuant to section five hundred\nninety-six of this article, shall receive an informational leaflet about\nthe food stamp program provided by the office of temporary and\ndisability assistance pursuant to subdivision six of section\nninety-five-a of the social services law.\n
