Residential services for treatment of eating disorders

§ 31.25 Residential services for treatment of eating disorders.\n The commissioner shall establish, pursuant to regulation, licensed\nresidential providers of treatment and/or supportive services to\nchildren, adolescents, and adults with eating disorders, as that term is\ndefined in section twenty-seven hundred ninety-nine-e of the public\nhealth law. Such regulations shall be developed in consultation with\nrepresentatives from each of the comprehensive care centers for eating\ndisorders established pursuant to article twenty-seven-J of the public\nhealth law and licensed treatment professionals, such as physicians,\npsychiatrists, psychologists and therapists, with demonstrated expertise\nin treating patients with eating disorders.\n
§ 31.25 Residential services for treatment of eating disorders.\n The commissioner shall establish, pursuant to regulation, licensed\nresidential providers of treatment and/or supportive services to\nchildren, adolescents, and adults with eating disorders, as that term is\ndefined in section 30.02 of this title. Such regulations shall be\ndeveloped in consultation with representatives from each of the\ncomprehensive care centers for eating disorders established pursuant to\narticle thirty of this chapter and licensed treatment professionals,\nsuch as physicians, psychiatrists, psychologists and therapists, with\ndemonstrated expertise in treating patients with eating disorders.\n
