* § 31.33 Mental health special needs plans.\n The commissioner, jointly with the commissioner of health, shall be\nauthorized to issue a certificate of authority to operate a mental\nhealth special needs plan, in accordance with the procedures of section\nforty-four hundred three-d of the public health law.\n * NB Repealed March 31, 2020\n
