§ 33.17 Transportation of female patients.\n Any female patient who is being transported to or from a facility\nshall be accompanied by another female, unless accompanied by her\nfather, brother, husband, or son.\n
§ 33.17 Transportation of individuals.\n Within staffing limitations and upon request, an individual who is\nbeing transported to or from a facility may be accompanied by same\ngender staff.\n
