§ 1020-jj. Inconsistent provisions of other laws superseded. Insofar\nas the provisions of this title are inconsistent with the provisions of\nany other law or any part thereof, the provisions of this title shall be\ncontrolling.\n
§ 1020-jj. Energy storage deployment policy. The authority shall\nencourage the installation of qualified energy storage systems in its\nservice territory through implementation of the energy storage\ndeployment policy as set forth and defined in section seventy-four of\nthe public service law.\n
