§ 1020-jj. Liberal interpretation. This title, being necessary for the\nprosperity of the state and its inhabitants, shall be liberally\nconstrued to effect the purposes hereof.\n
§ 1020-jj. Energy storage deployment policy. The authority shall\nencourage the installation of qualified energy storage systems in its\nservice territory through implementation of the energy storage\ndeployment policy as set forth and defined in section seventy-four of\nthe public service law.\n
