§ 3397-b. Definitions. As used in this article:\n 1. "Marijuana" means marijuana as defined in section thirty-three\nhundred two of this chapter and shall also include tetrahydrocannabinols\nor a chemical derivative of tetrahydrocannabinol.\n 2. "Physician" means a person licensed to practice medicine in the\nstate of New York including a person authorized to practice medicine in\na federal medical facility in the state.\n 3. "Hospital" means a hospital as defined in section twenty-eight\nhundred one of this chapter.\n
