N.Y. Penal Law § 230.13

§ 230.13 Aggravated patronizing a minor for prostitution in the first\n degree.\n A person is guilty of aggravated patronizing a minor for prostitution\nin the first degree when he or she patronizes a person for prostitution\nand the person patronized is less than eleven years old, or being\neighteen years old or more, he or she patronizes a person for\nprostitution and the person patronized is less than thirteen years old,\nand the person guilty of patronizing engages in vaginal sexual contact,\noral sexual contact, anal sexual contact, or aggravated sexual contact\nas those terms are defined in section 130.00 of this part, with the\nperson patronized.\n Aggravated patronizing a minor for prostitution in the first degree is\na class B felony.\n
