Aggravated patronizing a minor for prostitution in the first degree

* § 230.13 Aggravated patronizing a minor for prostitution in the first\n degree.\n A person is guilty of aggravated patronizing a minor for prostitution\nin the first degree when he or she patronizes a person for prostitution\nand the person patronized is less than eleven years old, or being\neighteen years old or more, he or she patronizes a person for\nprostitution and the person patronized is less than thirteen years old,\nand the person guilty of patronizing engages in sexual intercourse, oral\nsexual conduct, anal sexual conduct, or aggravated sexual conduct as\nthose terms are defined in section 130.00 of this part, with the person\npatronized.\n Aggravated patronizing a minor for prostitution in the first degree is\na class B felony.\n * NB Effective January 19, 2016\n
