Performance standards and expected outcomes — Job performance evaluations

(11) On or before July 1, 2013, the department of human resources shall report to the state and local government committee of the senate and the state government committee of the house of representatives on the job performance evaluation system, and shall provide to those committees a copy of any rules or regulations promulgated with respect to the performance evaluation system.
