DELEGATION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR'S AUTHORITY OR DUTY

The executive director may delegate to the executive director's staff any authority or duty assigned to the executive director unless the statute, rule, or order assigning or delegating the authority or duty specifies otherwise.
