Vermont beekeeper educational program

As of July 1, 2021
(1) The Secretary, in cooperation with the Vermont Beekeepers Association, shall establish a voluntary educational program to train a person who owns bees, apiaries, colonies, or hives in the State. The educational program shall address: bee health;

(7) The Secretary shall award a certificate to a person who completes the Vermont beekeeper training program under subsection (a) of this section. Added 2019, No. 35, § 4.
