AIDS Confidentiality Act

• 410 ILCS 305/1This Act shall be known and may be cited as the "AIDS Confidentiality Act"
• 410 ILCS 305/10No person to whom the results of a test have been disclosed may disclose the test results to another person except as authorized under this Act

• 410 ILCS 305/16The Department shall promulgate rules and regulations concerning implementation and enforcement of this Act, except to the extent that this Act delegates to the Authority the promulgation or adoption of any rules, regulations, standards, or contractual obligations
