L. 97 375, §§202(d), 206(b), struck out “or to participate in the development of voluntary product standards with respect to any consumer commodity under procedures referred to in section 1454(d) of this title,” after “any consumer commodity,” and inserted provisions that the Department of Health and Human Services include its report in its annual report to Congress on activities under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
