Section 1135e-7 · Supplement not supplant

An eligible institution may use funds received under this part only so as to supplement and, to the extent practicable, increase the level of funds that would be available from non-Federal sources for the activities described in section 1135e 3(b) of this title and in no case may such funds be so used as to supplant such funds from such non-Federal sources.
