Section 1135e-8 · Authorization of appropriations

There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this part, $10,000,000 for fiscal year 1993 and such sums as may be necessary for each of the 4 succeeding fiscal years. Not more than 3 percent of the amount appropriated for this part in any fiscal year may be used for purposes of section 1135e 5 of this title.
