Section 2395a · Allotment to States

In each fiscal year, from any amounts appropriated for purposes of carrying out this part, the Secretary shall allot to each State an amount which bears the same ratio to such appropriated amounts as the aggregate amount allocated to counties in such State for such fiscal year under section 27121 of this title bears to the total amount appropriated for carrying out such section for such fiscal year.
