Section 2395b · Allocation to local educational agencies

In each fiscal year for which a State receives a grant under this part, the State shall distribute not less than 100 percent of the amounts made available under the grant to eligible local educational agencies as provided in subsection (b) of this section.
In each fiscal year for which a State receives a grant under this part, each eligible local educational agency or consortium of such agencies in the State shall receive an amount under this part that bears the same relationship to the amount received by such local educational agency or agencies under section 27121 of this title bears to the aggregate amount received by local educational agencies in such State under such section in such fiscal year.
