§ 512. Transferability; change in ownership or control. 1. Licenses\nissued under this article are not transferable, absent written consent\nof the commissioner.\n 2. A license shall become void by a change in ownership, substantial\ncorporate change or change of location or acreage grown without prior\nwritten approval of the commissioner. The commissioner may promulgate\nrules and regulations allowing for certain types of changes in ownership\nwithout the need for prior written approval.\n
