§ 512. Industrial hemp economic development. The commissioner shall\nconsult and cooperate with the New York State urban development\ncorporation with respect to the funding and support of research\nconcerning industrial hemp and businesses involved in the processing and\nmanufacturing of industrial hemp products.\n
