* § 58-1101. Benefits of funds.\n The department shall make every effort practicable to ensure that\nthirty-five percent of the funds pursuant to this article benefit\nenvironmental justice communities.\n * NB Effective upon a vote of the people in a general election held in\nNovember 2020 approving the environmental bond act of 2020 set forth in\nchapter 58 of 2020 Part QQ § 1\n
§ 58-1101. Benefits of funds.\n The department shall make every effort practicable to achieve a goal\nthat forty percent of the funds pursuant to this article benefit\ndisadvantaged communities; however, disadvantaged communities shall\nreceive no less than thirty-five percent of the benefit of the funds\npursuant to this article.\n
