* § 58-1101. Benefits of funds.\n The department shall make every effort practicable to ensure that\nthirty-five percent of the funds pursuant to this article benefit\nenvironmental justice communities.\n * NB Takes effect only if section 1 of part TT of chapter 59 of the\nlaws of 2021 enacting the environmental bond act of 2022 "restore mother\nnature" is submitted to the people at the general election to be held in\nNovember 2022 and is approved by the majority of votes\n
§ 58-1101. Benefits of funds.\n The department shall make every effort practicable to achieve a goal\nthat forty percent of the funds pursuant to this article benefit\ndisadvantaged communities; however, disadvantaged communities shall\nreceive no less than thirty-five percent of the benefit of the funds\npursuant to this article.\n
