* § 58-1101. Benefits of funds.\n The department shall make every effort practicable to achieve a goal\nthat forty percent of the funds pursuant to this article benefit\ndisadvantaged communities; however, disadvantaged communities shall\nreceive no less than thirty-five percent of the benefit of the funds\npursuant to this article.\n * NB Takes effect only if section 1 of part TT of chapter 59 of the\nlaws of 2021 enacting the "clean water, clean air, and green jobs\nenvironmental bond act of 2022" is submitted to the people at the\ngeneral election to be held in November 2022 and is approved by the\nmajority of votes\n
