§ 2993. Regulations. The commissioner, in consultation with the\ncommissioners of the office of mental health and the office for people\nwith developmental disabilities, shall establish such regulations as may\nbe necessary for the implementation of this article, subject to the\nprovisions of subdivision two of section twenty-nine hundred ninety-one\nof this article.\n
