* § 2993. Regulations. The commissioner of health, in consultation\nwith the commissioners of the office of mental health and the office for\npeople with developmental disabilities, shall establish such regulations\nas may be necessary for the implementation of this article, subject to\nthe provisions of subdivision two of section two thousand nine hundred\nninety-one of this article.\n * NB Effective until March 21, 2025\n * § 2993.
