§ 2993. Regulations. The commissioner of health, in consultation with\nthe commissioners of the office of mental health and the office of\nmental retardation and developmental disabilities, shall establish such\nregulations as may be necessary for the implementation of this article,\nsubject to the provisions of subdivision two of section two thousand\nnine hundred ninety-one of this article.\n
§ 2993. Regulations. The commissioner, in consultation with the\ncommissioners of the office of mental health and the office for people\nwith developmental disabilities, shall establish such regulations as may\nbe necessary for the implementation of this article, subject to the\nprovisions of subdivision two of section twenty-nine hundred ninety-one\nof this article.\n
